How do you align a company's core values with employee performance? The solution our organization created was the Core Values Campaign, which involved (1) education and (2) restructuring annual performance evaluations.
As a member of the strategy team for this campaign, I provided art direction and crafted visual deliverables–from posters to video content–that strengthened employee engagement with the core values.
