Raleigh-Durham International Airport supports over 12 million passengers each year and growing. With an increase in international service, long lines were a concern in the U.S. Customs and Border Protection area. 
To enhance the customer experience, I worked with stakeholders ranging from Customs to Operational Asset Management teams to develop a strategy, design, and coordinate install of color-coded signage. This signage helped to alleviate congestion by instructing passengers to pre-queue before arriving in customs.
